• Content — prompts, uploads and the music/video you generate.

2. How We Use Your Data

To provide the Service, generate content you request, process subscriptions/credits and payments, provide support, send transactional email, secure the platform and comply with law. We do not sell your personal data.

3. AI Processing

To generate content, your inputs are processed by third-party AI providers (e.g. OpenAI, Replicate) acting as our processors. We send only what is necessary and do not use your private content to train public models.

4. Google Sign-In

If you sign in with Google, we receive your basic profile and email per the scopes you approve, in line with Google's API policies. You can revoke access anytime in your Google account.

As we are established in Italy, the GDPR applies. We rely on contract performance, consent where required, legitimate interests and legal obligations. The Italian Garante is our lead supervisory authority.

6. Payments & Sub-processors

Payments are processed by Stripe (PCI-DSS compliant). We use AI providers, email delivery (Resend) and hosting as processors under agreements.

We retain data while your account is active and as legally required. You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and object to processing by emailing support@storeswiki.com. International transfers rely on EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
