Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to AvatarTunes subscriptions and credit packs, operated by StoresWiki LLC, Via Giuseppe Mazzini 4, Belpasso, 95032, CT, Italia.

1. Cancellation

Cancel anytime from your account settings. Your plan stays active until the end of the current paid period and will not renew thereafter.

2. Refunds

Contact support@storeswiki.com within 14 days of your initial purchase for a full refund of that initial payment. Renewal payments are generally non-refundable once the new period has begun, except where required by mandatory law.

3. Credits

Credit packs and credits already consumed to generate content are non-refundable. Unused, recently purchased packs may be refunded at our discretion within the 14-day window.

4. How to Request

Email support@storeswiki.com with your account email and the charge. Approved refunds go to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
